Engr. Temitope Michaels serves as an independent director (non-executive director) of the company. He is a registered civil engineer with over 20 years of extensive experience spanning engineering design, construction, project management, telecommunications infrastructure, environmental and oil & gas. He holds a master's degree in civil engineering (structures) from Covenant University, Otta, Nigeria. His career is marked by successful leadership roles in construction, oil and gas, and telecommunications industries.

As the Managing Director of HEG International Company Limited, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic planning, achieving over 25% revenue growth and a 12% cost reduction through effective project management and financial oversight. His innovative approach has led to a 35% increase in market share and a 15% expansion of the client database. His professional memberships and certifications include Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (MNICE). He is also a registered member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Engineer Temitope is an alumnus of Lagos Business School having had ExecutiveTraining in Problem Solving & Decision Making. Married with children, Engr. Michaels balances a thriving career with a commitment to family and community development. He joins SG Holdings Board with very deep construction, building and facility management experience
